History:
Loki was and is Thor’s adopted brother. Through their childhood years Loki expressed some awkward feelings towards his family and always felt his purpose was never being met. As he grew older he realized his brother was held in favor and trying desperately to meet approval of his family seemed hopeless. Especially after finding the truth he was indeed different, and not one of them. He used his trickster ways to cause a riff between Thor and their father and in Thor’s absence took control of Asgard.
This control didn’t last long however and upon Thor’s return home Loki made the decision to just give in. A bitter decision that landed him on Earth. He wondered for a while, crafting his skills in magic and sharpening his silver tongue when he happened upon a human girl. He held nothing back from her as to what he was and where he had come from. He did however change up his story, making it seem as if his jealous brother cast him from their home.
He used the girl for tasks he himself won’t do, such as engage in conversation with the mortals and little things like that. She is also his personal spy. He heard his brother’s return as anyone who knew the thunderous noise did. Upon watching his brother from afar he realized he was thought to be dead and plans to keep it that way until he can plot his next move. Sawyer, his human, keeps a watch on Thor for him.
His feelings for his brother are awkward to him, as he cannot decide to hate the man or miss him. His feelings towards the mortal Jane however are pure hate. She was the mortal who poisoned his brother’s mind after all. And his feelings toward Sawyer and an even bigger mystery towards the stray god of mischief.

The mortals had done it yet again, he was left seething from their simple minded ways and manors. He was a god for crying out loud, and while they might not have known that yet he still deserved respect! Not to be shooed out of a library for voicing his opinion on their mythological section! It was all wrong, they should have been begging him for tips on how to improve. Of course, they couldn’t have improved that garbage. These people, these mortals had no purpose as far as he was concerned. They were all sheep without a shepherd. They deserved the slaughter they had brought upon themselves.
He paced back and forth, trying to calm his mind knowing if he didn’t he would do something he would in the end regret. Like blow up the horrid library. The very thought brought a smile at the corner of his lips. It would have been fun… But it would have been loud, and made him known. He was not yet ready for that, especially with Thor around. He groaned at the very thought, there was no telling what he would do if he had found Loki alive. He was sure though there would be drama and an even more devastating set back in any plans Loki might have had. No, staying low was his best option now.
This is why Sawyer was such a valuable asset to him. If ever he felt he was getting too loud, she could take over and revive his stealth. It was especially useful in keep an eye on Thor and that witch of a woman he loved. Yet again, Loki was pacing with anger. Why couldn’t his brother just see how useless these mortals were left to their own devices, even the ‘mutants’ he had met seemed completely lost without some sort of lead.
His mind had wondered so far he hadn’t heard the door creak open. But his senses snapped back just in time to hear the footsteps. Loki stood firm in his spot, knowing not many came out this far. Others who considered themselves special and above everyone else did… But they were of no bother to him, Sawyer even wondered out here from time to time knowing he enjoyed the solitude out here. But he wasn’t sure who had entered the building and so he stood ready, in case defense was necessary.
